I would love it if you would leave me a message in the comments to let me know if you used the voucher to treat yourself. :)

The offer lasts from 10th October until 17th October. I hope you are inspired by all my LOTV makes on my blog! To get you in the mood I'm re-sharing a Christmas card I made a back in 2019 which I still love to bits, I hope you like it too. x

I made a lovely bauble card using the 'Snowy Chums' digi stamp, which is still available in the LOTV online store. I coloured up the cute two-some using Copic pens and created the pretty sky using distress inks. Aren't they just the sweetest things....EVER!

If you want to see the full range of Lili Of The Valley products available simply go to the LOTV Etsy Store. Enjoy!

Here's What I Did
I trimmed down a piece of gorgeous blue paper from my stash, and added it to the front of a 6" x 6" white card blank, leaving a slim border around the edge.

I die cut the bauble frame 3 times from strong white card, then stacked and glued them together to create depth. The back section of the globe was die cut and then 4 different distress inks were blended onto it. When the inks were dry, watered down white and black chalk paint was flicked over the top to look like drops of snow. Dots were also added using a white pen.

I imported the cute digi stamp into my graphics program, then resized it so it would fit inside the bauble. The image was then printed directly onto colouring card stock, and die cut using the back panel of the bauble it ensure it was the correct size. The image was coloured in using Copic pens apart from the sky, then fussy cut out around the characters.  Glitter was added to the snow floor. The seal and penguin section was glued on top of the background sky and then the white bauble frame was added over the top. To complete the bauble, the top section (cap) was die cut from blue glitter card then glued into place along with a ribbon. Snowflakes were die cut from white card and glued around the characters. Funky foam was added to the back of the bauble and then added to the centre of the card front.

To finish my card I added blue gems to the top and bottom of the card.

Here's What I Used

Lili Of The Valley - Christmas Mug #3

 Hi everyone

I'm back again sharing another of the gorgeous 'Christmas Mugs' stamps from Lili Of The Valley's new polymer stamp sets. As I mention this morning the new 5 stamps sets all launch tomorrow (Monday 25th) on Create & Craft TV @ 7pm (GMT time). You can also watch it on Catch Up TV or even online on You Tube. The stamps will be for sale in the LOTV Etsy shop shortly after.

For today's card  I used the sweet snowman in a mug version and non traditional colour theme. I love this stamp set as each one could easily be used as the focal point on Christmas card or made into a tag. I used Copic pens coloured with. I hope you like it.

But don't forget you can simply go to the LOTV Etsy Store to and search under the polymer stamps listing for many of the other sets.

Here's What I Did & Used
I trimmed down a piece of pretty Christmas paper and adhered it to the front of an a 5" x 7" white card blank, leaving a slim border around the edge. I stamped the sweet Christmas mug onto blending card, coloured it with Copic pens and fussy cut out.

An arch shape was cut from white card and dry embossed with a snowflake embossing folder, then lilac ink was added to the top. A further 2 arches were die cut, then cut off at the bottom with different sloping hill shaped dies - one slightly taller than the other. Lilac ink was added to the hill shapes and glued flat onto the embossed arch to create a snowy scene. The scene was then matted onto a slightly larger arch cut from lilac card, then glued flat onto the card front.

The cut out mug was added snowy scene with foam pads. To complete the card I added a die cut sentiment and  a little glitter to the mug and content.

Lili Of The Valley - Snow Folks #1

 Morning everyone

Today I'm sharing another card made using one of the new Lili Of The Valley Christmas polymer stamp sets. This time I used one of the characters from the 'Snow Folk' set, isn't she the sweetest. I teamed her up with some strips of co-ordinating card - and although I used a strip dies set, you could easily replicate the look by cutting strips of card with either a trimmer or even by using a shredding machine. I used Copic pens to colour with.  I hope you like them.

FYI - There are 5 new stamps sets in total, and they're launching this Monday (25th) on Create & Craft TV @ 7pm (GMT time), then in the LOTV Etsy shop shortly after.

But don't forget you can simply go to the LOTV Etsy Store to and search under the polymer stamps listing for many of the other sets.

Here's What I Did & Used
I trimmed down a piece of blue card to fit the front of a 5" x 7" card blank leaving a slim border around the edge, this was then glued flat to the front. I die cut lots of strips from blue and silver glitter card in different widths, these were then glued onto the top section of a sheet of thin white card. The card was then die cut with a pierced rectangle and attached to the front of the card.

The snow girl was stamped onto colouring card and coloured using Copic pens, then fussy cut out. Foam pads were added to the back of the cut out, and attached to the right hand side of the striped detail. Die cut snowflakes were glued all over the stripes, along with a few gems.

To finish the card I added a little glitter to the snow girl's hat, plus a die cut sentiment to the bottom of the card.

Copic Pens
Snow Girl - B000, B00, N0, N2, Y15, YR04 / Hat & Candy Cane - RV10, RV13, RV14, N0, N2 / Holly - YG01, YG03, YG17, R14, R29 / Scarf - B12, B14, B16, RV10, RV13, RV14

Lili Of The Valley - Snowmen and Penguins

 Good Afternoon

Hi everyone, I'm sharing 2 projects using the new polymer stamps from Lili Of The Valley. We have lots of new polymer stamp sets which launched back in July, which include Christmas and Halloween.

For my project today I decided to make 2 mini books. I was inspired by a lady on You Tube who made a whole collection and I thought I would have a go. I used images from the 'Snowmen' set for the 1st book, and the 'Penguins & Reindeers' set for the 2nd book. I used Copic pens to colour with. I hope you like them all so far.

For your information, here is the link to the LOTV Online  Shop and the LOTV Etsy Store to check out all the stampsFYI you can use both sites to purchase the stamps.

Here's What I Did & Used
The process for both books is exactly the except the binding wires where added down the side of the snowman book, and along the top of the penguin book.

First, I cut 2 pieces of cardboard for the front and back cover - 3" wide x 4" tall, and 2 pieces of Christmas patterned paper 4" x 5" (to cover the cardboard), as well as 2 complimentary pieces of patterned paper cut to 2½" x 3½" to cover the inside flap of the covers.

To make the covers - the cardboard was glued into the centre of the patterned paper, the paper was scored around the cardboard rectangle (to make folding over easier) and the corner were mitred to create the correct angle, then cut off. The sides of the paper were then folded inwards and glued down onto the cardboard; pieces of the complimentary paper was glued over the top off the raw edges to hide them.  The finished front and back cover were punched with the Cinch machine.

For the papers inside the book I trimmed down lined index/revision cards slightly smaller than the front and back covers, along with a few pages of pattern paper from the same pad used for the front and back cover. I punched them with my Cinch machine ready for the wires.

Next I stamped the penguin and snowman onto Copic friendly card, coloured them using Copic pens and fussy cut them out, and decorated the front covers with elements from my crafty stash. Once everything was ready I combined the components to create the books using ¾" white wire (pitch 2:1)

Here is a link to the lovely lady whose video tutorial inspired my books. I'm certain her video will be much clearer than my written instructions above, and will be useful if you wish to make your own mini books -- click here to go to her You Tube video.

Polymer Stamp Set: Snowmen and Penguins & Reindeers (these stamps are currently out of stock but there are more are on there way)

Lili Of The Valley - Creepy But Cute #1

 Good Afternoon

Hi there, I'm sharing one of my Lili Of The Valley card today highlighting one of the new polymer stamp sets. We have lots of new polymer stamp sets launching on Tuesday 25th in the LOTV store, including Christmas and Halloween.

For my card today I'm using one of the sweet stamps from the 'Creepy But Cute' set; I used Copic pens to colour with. I hope you like them all so far.

For your information, here is the link to the LOTV Online  Shop and the LOTV Etsy Store to check out all the stampsFYI you can use both sites to purchase the stamps.

Here's What I Did & Used
I cut to size a piece of spooky themed patterned paper to fit the front of a 6" x 6"card blank, leaving a slim border around the edges.

Next I stamped the Halloween cat and sentiment (my own) onto Copic friendly card, and coloured it using Copic pens. When the image was finished I die cut it into a circle, then matted it onto a black scalloped frame. I added a little extra detail I drew a few dotty lined patterns and dots around the cat. Funky foam was added to the back of the completed topper, and then glued to the centre of the card front. To finish I added a little glitter to the image, and a few black pearls to the bottom of the card.

The stamp collection I've used is called 'A Year Of Flowers' and they come as a duo pack of A5 polymer stamps. The stamps are all pretty tags which include a beautifully drawn flower; the stamp set also contains sentiments and months of the year. The tags were coloured using distress re-inkers. I constructed the built-in stand from strong 300gsm card and punched holes in the top of that, to complete the calendar cinch white wire was added to join everything together.

Lili Of The Valley - A Year Of Flowers

 Good Morning

There is some new stamp polymer launching over at Lili Of The Valley towers on advanced order. There's a combination of flower tags, recipe tags, and vases of flower and they're all very pretty - I will link to them below.

The stamp collection I've used today is called 'A Year Of Flowers' and they come as a duo pack of A5 polymer stamps. They are available as advanced order in the LOTV Etsy store, and will be shipped from the 2nd June. I'm in the process of creating a desktop calendar and have included a month to a page display with the flower tags stamped along side it. The tags were coloured using distress re-inkers. I will be working on the last 6 months of tags later this week, then I will be ready to put the calendar together. So watch this space.

For your information, here is the link to the LOTV Online  Shop and the LOTV Etsy Store to check out all the stampsFYI you can use both sites to purchase the stamps.
