Little Miss Muffet Challenge Card #143 - Farewell Card

Heeeellllloooo everyone

Well it's Monday, and my turn to share my latest card which I made for Little Miss Muffet's newest Challenge #143. This is actually my last card for LMMS, and it's been such a fab ride - thank you Barbara and all the DT girls, I've loved every minute of it.

For my last card I decided to create a 'farewell' card using one of the fabby eleflumps, this one is called 'Tine's Friend' and you can find it here. I will still be crafting and creating so keep watching this space :)

Here's What I Did
I decided to create a CAS card so I matted my 5" x 5" scalloped card base with some gorgeous glittery patterned paper. Next I printed my image and sentiment directly onto some colouring cardstock and coloured it in with Copic pens. the finished image was die cut into a square and matted onto pink card and added to the card base using foam tape.

To finish off glitter was added to the little giraffe and the heart, and I attached 3 gems next to the sentiment.

Here's What I Used
Digi Stamp: 'Tine's Friend' it's in store here
Paper/Cardstock (CS): 5" x 5" Scalloped Card Blank, Neenah Colouring CS, Trimcraft 'Secret Garden' Paper Pad, Pink Card
Copics: Elephant - C0, C1, C2, C3, C5, W2, W3, B000 / Hearts, Giraffe - RV00, RV02, RV04, RV14

Little Miss Muffet Design Team Card

Heeeellllloooo!

Well this should have been my Design Team card for Little Miss Muffet last Monday (18th July), I created it for our latest challenge #142.  I didn't post it because I became poorly after caring for my mum who had a nasty stomach bug even though I was super careful.  I'm just getting my strength and crafty mojo back. Anyhow, onto my card for this week....or last week lol

So I thought I would cool everyone down by creating a frosty Christmas card using this gorgeous girl, her name is 'JR Hatter Jingle' and she's available from the Little Miss Muffet store here.  I think she's super cute sitting there trying to keep hold all her pink baubles. I wanted it crisp and clean so I kept to 3 colours, blue, white and pink, and I think it works really well.

Hey, don't forget to join in with our 'Anything Goes' Little Miss Muffet blog challenge (#142)...there's still time. Remember you don't have to use a Little Miss Muffet stamp to enter either, but if you'd like to try one there's loads in store to chose from. So come on, I can't wait to see what you create.

Here's What I Did
First I matted a 7" x 7" card blank with 2 different but complimentary patterned papers, then added a strip of blue card across it. Using my graphics programme I printed a sentiment onto white card, then trimmed it down and added a punched decoration at the bottom - this was added to the card.

Next I printed my image directly onto colouring card stock and cut it out using my Brother Scan 'n' Cut machine, then coloured in using Spectrum Noir pens.  The image was finished I added glitter to the trim of the hat, then.attached it to the card blank using foam tape. To finish off I added a few die cut snowflakes to the bottom section and gold glitter pen to the bells.

Here's What I Used
Digi Stamp: 'JR Hatter Jingle' - available here
Paper/Cardstock (CS): Neenah Colouring CS, 7" x 7" Card Blank, LOTV 'Frosty Christmas' Paper Pad, Blue and White CS, Pink Glitter CS
Spectrum Noir Pens : Skin - Blender, FS2, FS4, TN3, TN2, CR3 / Hair - CT1, CT2, CT4, GB4 / Hat, Dress, Tights, Shoes - TB1, TB2, TB3, TB4, BGR1 / Baubles, Hair Bands - PP1, PP2, PP4, PP5
Dies: Lawn Fawn 'Mini Snowflakes'

Little Miss Muffet Design Team Card (11th July)

Heeeellllloooo!

Good morning everyone, well it's Monday and my turn to share my Little Miss Muffet Design Team creation/inspiration with you.

For my card this week I decided to create a countryside back ground for the ever so pretty 'Polka Dot Pals Josefa' - she's available from the Little Miss Muffet store here. I had this picture in my head where I wanted her inside a frame but have her legs hang outside of it - and that's exactly what I did. :) Just about everything in the background has been die cut, and she was printed and cut out using my Brother Scan 'n' Cut, then coloured with Spectrum Noir pens. Mmm, not sure about her hair though, I think I need more practice. Lol

Sorry for the weird layout of the photos (left aligned and big white gaps between them) --- it would seem Blogger is having a hissy fit on me.

Here's What I Did
Firstly I die cut a inverted scallop frame from white card and funky foam and glued these together. Next I die cut a piece of sky patterned paper into a circle plus 4 pieces white, brown, green card these cut again to create the hills and fence. The patterned paper, fence and hills were glued on top of the white circle and then when dry the scalloped frame was added on top. The whole frame was then glued directly onto the blue card blank.

Next I printed my image directly onto colouring card stock and cut it out using my Brother Scan 'n' Cut machine, then coloured in using Spectrum Noir pens. To finish off I stamped my sentiment onto a strip of white card and die cut into a banner, this and a die cut heart was placed just below the frame.

Here's What I Used
Digi Stamp: 'Polka dot Pals Josefa' - available here
Paper/Cardstock (CS): Neenah Colouring CS, 5" x 7" Pre-scored Patterned Card Blank, LOTV 'Up, Up, & Away' Paper Pad, Sheena Douglass White Stamping CS
Spectrum Noir Pens : Skin - Blender, FS2, FS4, TN3, TN2, CR3 / Hair - LY1. LY3, GB4, TN3, TN4 / T-Shirt, Bows - TB1, TB2, TB3, TB4 / Shorts, Shoes - PP1, PP2, PP4, P-P6 / Flower - Blender, OR1, CT1, CT3, CG3, CG4, DG3
Dies: MFT Die-namics 'Stitched Circle Scalloped Frame, MFT Rolling Hills', Memory Box 'Cross Stitched Hearts', Tattered Lace 'Circles', Lawn Fawn 'Everyday Sentiment Banner'
Other: Distressing Ink, Funky Foam, MFT 'Snuggle Bunnies' Stamp

Little Miss Muffet Design Team Card - Challenge #141

Heeeellllloooo everyone
Well it's Monday and my turn to share my Little Miss Muffet creation with you for our new challenge #141. I have to admit I couldn't wait to use this gorgeous digi stamp, it's called 'Polka Dot Pal Amy', and you can find it here.

I used my new Spectrum Noir pens to colour in this little sweetie - 1st time using them to colour a character and thankfully I think I'm starting to get the hang of them. Hopefully I've captured her cuteness with her little rosy cheeks. For this card I printed the image directly onto colouring card, coloured her in and then cut off the right hand side portion around her. She's all pretty in pink....my friend Christine will approve :)

http://www.littlemissmuffetstamps.com/

Here's What I Did
Firstly I cut down an A5 card blank to create an A6 tent fold style card. On the front of the card down the right hand side I glued a strip of patterned paper.

Next I printed my image and sentiment directly onto some colouring cardstock and coloured it in with Spectrum Noir pens. Then after cutting down the piece card to fit the card front, I lightly drew a pencil line from the top of the card to her hat, and from her dress down to the bottom of the card. Then using a paper trimmer I cut down the lines, then fussy cut around the rest of the image. The finished topper was then added to the left hand side of the card base using foam tape,

To finish off I add  some glitter to the dots, and a few sequins and pearls.

Here's What I Used
Digi Stamp: 'Polka Dot Pals Amy' - available here
Paper/Cardstock (CS): A5 Card Blank (cut down to A6), Neenah Colouring CS, Doodlebug 'Hello Sunshine' Paper Pad
Spectrum Noir Pens: Skin - Blender, FS2, FS4, TN2, TN3, CR3 / Dress, Hat, Bag, Shoes - PP1, PP2, CR4, CR6, DR2 / Hair - TN2, TN3, TN5, TN8 / Ground - BG2, BG3

Other: Foam Tape, Clear Glitter, Pearls, Sequins, White Gel Pen

Little Miss Muffet Design Team Card (27th June)

Heeeellllloooo everyone

Well good morning, it's Monday and my turn to share my Little Miss Muffet inspirational creation with you. I've gone really zingy and bright today - I guess I was inspired by seeing a little bit of sunshine here in the UK. :p

I had originally planned to colour up this sweet girly with my watercolour paints but I changed my mind. I had already I printed her onto watercolour card so I decided to use my pencils and Sansdor instead - watercolour card as a tooth on it so it gives a slight textured appearance when coloured. To finish my card off I stamped lots of tiny hearts and flowers and added a die cut flower.

The digi stamp I used is called 'Polka dot Pals - Petunia' and she's available from the Little Miss Muffet store here.

http://www.littlemissmuffetstamps.com/

Here's What I Did
Firstly I cut a piece of patterned paper to side and edged it with distressing ink and attached the A6 card blank. The image was printed onto the watercolour card and die cut into a small rectangle, and coloured with pencil and Sansdor (Sansdor is used to move the pencil lead around and promote blending, it gives a smoother finish).

Next I stamped tiny flowers and hearts around the main image and added glitter over the top. The finished topper was matted and layered onto complimentary card and attached to the card base.

To finish off I added white pearls, a die cut flower and a couple of leaves.

Here's What I Used
Digi Stamp: 'Polka Dot Pals Petunia' - available here
Paper/Cardstock (CS): A6 Scalloped Card Blank, Neenah Colouring CS, Trimcraft 'Wallflower' Paper Pad, Orange, Cream and Green CS
Lyra Polycolor Pencils: Venetian Red, Rose Carmine, Light Orange, Pale Geranium Lake, Burnt Ochre, Van Dyke Brown
Prismacolor Pencils: Light peach, Peach, Terracotta, 70% Cool Grey, 50% Cool Grey,50% Warm Grey, Canary Yellow, Chartreuse, Grass Green, Apple Green
Dies: Crealies XXL 'Rectangle', MFT 'Blueprints 3 & 14'
Other: Hero Arts 'Spring Hello' By Lia, Spiced Marmalade and Peeled Paint Distressing Ink, Glitter, Pearls

Now I know this is a Christmas card, but honestly could you resist this gorgeous little girl because I know I couldn't. the beautiful digi stamp is called 'PDP Noeleen' and she's available from the Little Miss Muffet store here.

I wanted Noeleen to be the main focal point so I made her quite large. She is coloured with Copic pens, and then to finish her off I added a touch of sparkle. I love her....don't you?

My card is part of our newest challenge (#140) over at Little Miss Muffet. The theme this month is 'Anything Goes' so why don't you join in with the fun. Come on, what are you waiting for, remember you don't have to use a LMM stamp to enter either.

Little Miss Muffet Design Team Card (13th June)

Hello my lovelies!

I hope wherever you are the weather is great, and you're getting some of that big yellow thingy in the sky shining on you....I think they call it the 'sun'. Here in the North East of England we've not had very much at all...sob!  Ah well,
that my poor weather report over and done with. Lol

Anyhoo, it's Monday and Little Miss Muffet Day here on my blog, so I'd like to share my creation with you. For my CAS card this week I've used one with an unusual aperture, well to be totally honest it was what was left over from a previously created card (in other words...scrap!).  I resized the image to make her large enough to touch the top and bottom of the aperture so she could be attached. The image I used is called 'Swings 'n' Slides Froggy' and it's available from the Little Miss Muffet store here.

http://www.littlemissmuffetstamps.com/

Here's What I Did
The 4" x 6" scallop card base with the front and back aperture, is the waste from a mini card I made the last week.  Firstly I covered the inside right of the card base with patterned paper to disguise the back aperture, then attached a strip of the same paper to the front. The image was printed directly onto colouring cardstock, cut out with my cutting machine and coloured with Copic pens. The image was then carefully attached to the front of the card.

To finish off I added glitter pen to her hat, enamel dots to the front and glossy accents onto the frog's eyes.

Here's What I Used
Digi Stamp: 'Swings 'n' Slides Froggy' - available here
Paper/Cardstock (CS): Neenah Colouring CS, Trimcraft 'Secret Garden' Paper Pad
Copics: Skin - E0000, E000, E00, E11, R20, R30 / Hat, Top, Boots - RV000, RV02, RV10, RV13, RV14, R35, R59 / Frogs, Bows, Skirt, Socks - YG00, YG01, YG03, YG17 / Hair - C1, C3, C5, C7, 100
Dies: Mama Elephant 'Frames'
Other: Glossy Accents, Spectrum Noir Clear Glitter Pen, Trimcraft 'Fun Fair' Enamel Dots

Little Miss Muffet Challenge #139 (June 6th)

Heeeellllloooo everyone

Well it's Monday and my turn to share my Little Miss Muffet Challenge creation (#139) with you. I've had this little sweetie for ages but I never seems to get around to using her. She looks so comfy on her bean bag reading her book - she so reminds me of my daughter when she was small.

If you would like this little sweetheart she's a digi stamp and she called 'Polka Dot Pals Lirienne', and you can find her in the Little Miss Muffet store here. You won't be disappointed!

http://www.littlemissmuffetstamps.com/

Here's What I Did
Firstly I embossed a small piece of aqua card using a stencil, this was then attached to my 5" x 5" white card base. Next I die cut a small frame from white card and various size stars from complimentary patterned paper and white card. The frame was attached to the card base, and the stars were glued inside it then glitter was added to them.

Next I printed the image directly onto some colouring cardstock and cut it out using my cutting machine making sure I left a slim white border around it. I then coloured the image in with Copic pens and paper pieced the book - this was done by printing the same image again and cutting out just the book and gluing it in place. The finished image was then attached to the front of the frame using foam tape. To finish off I added glitter to the stars on the bean bag.

Here's What I Used
Digi Stamp: 'Polkadot Pals Lirienne' - available here
Paper/Cardstock (CS): 5" x 5" Card Base, White CS, Neenah Colouring CS, Trimcraft 'Wallflower' Paper Pad

My mojo needed a little push and this little sweetheart did the job - isn't she just adorable! Her name is 'Sonny Honeycloud Cards & Cupcakes' (super cool name of what?) and she's available from the Little Miss Muffet store here.  I instantly knew when I spotted her that I wanted her dressed in pink and blue, teamed up with a striped background. Little Miss Muffet - Inspiration Card (2nd May)

Heeeellllloooo everyone

Well good morning, it's Monday and my turn to share a Little Miss Muffet creation/inspiration with you. My card unfortunately reflects the horrible weather we've been having lately....rain!  But I decided to create a pretty and bright rain card lol (if there's such a thing).

I have to say I loved making this card, I just think it's so cute - I hope you like it too. I used Polka Dot Pals Rayne and coloured her with Copic pens, I then used a die to create the raindrops, making sure I hung a few from her umbrella.

http://www.littlemissmuffetstamps.com/

Here's What I Did
Firstly I cut down a A5 card to create an A6 card base. I matted this with patterned paper, a strip of white and then pink card. Next I printed the image directly onto my colouring card stock and cut it out using my Scan 'n' Cut machine, this was then coloured using Copic pens. The finished image was added to the card base using foam tape directly on top of the puddle which was created using strips of foil shimmery paper.

To finish off I added lots of die cut rain drops, and clear glitter to the umbrella and buttons.

Here's What I Used
