Craft Consortium - Farm Meadow 'Florals'

Hi everyone 💙

T
oday I'm excited to give you a 'sneak peak' of the fabulous new collection from Craft Consortium called 'Farm Meadow' (in partnership with British designer & illustrator Clare Therese Gray). This amazing collection will be launched on Create & Craft TV on Monday 17th February @ 6pm. The products will thereafter also be available to buy here in the UK on the Craft Consortium and good craft retailer's websites, and in the USA. The collection includes florals, farm animals, vegetables and a tractor etc. The collection contains fabulous 4 x A6 stamp sets, a 6" x 6" and 12" x 12" paper pad, plus wooden shapes etc. You have to check it out!!

Today I'm sharing 2 cards I made using the 'Florals' stamp set and some of the pretty paper from the pad. On both cards I used my Copic pens...I do hope you like them both. I will be back with more sneaky peaks over the next few days. If you have any questions about the collection, just leave me a message and your email address and I will get back to you. x

The links to the products are listed below, or you can also go to the Craft Consortium's website using this link here and sign up for an update to this launch and any future product launches.
For USA visitors - the collection will be distributed by Notions Marketing, you may be able to buy direct from them or you could ask your local craft store to order in direct from Notions Marketing.

Card #1

Here's What I Did
I trimmed down a piece of patterned paper from the 'Farm Meadow' pad and a piece of pink card. The edges of the patterned paper were scuffed up to give a distressed look. Both the card and paper were then attached to the front of a 6" x 6" card blank, leaving a slim border around the edge.

Next I stamped the bunch of flowers onto a piece of colouring card and coloured them in using Copic pens. The edges of the die cut square was also distressed around the edges. A strip of the paper was glued across the bottom corner of the square, then attached to a fancy die cut mat.

Funky foam was glued to the back of the topper and added to the card front. To complete the card I added a die cut bow, some pearls and a few dots of glitter around the flowers.

CARD #2

Here's What I Did
I trimmed down a piece of the patterned paper from the paper pad and added it to the front of a 6" x 6" card blank, leaving a slim border around the edge.

Next I stamped the 3 butterflies onto a die cut circle and coloured them in with Copic pens, then added the die cut word 'fly' which I cut from blue glitter card. The butterfly circle was mounted onto a die cut circle cut from the same glitter card. Funky foam was glued to the back of the topper and added to the card front.

I stamped the butterflies again onto colouring card, coloured them with Copic pens and clear glitter pen, then fussy cut out. The bodies of the butterflies were glued in place over the top of the ones on the topper, along with a few punched out mini butterflies. To complete the card I added 3 enamel dots  to the top and bottom corners.
