Lili Of the Valley - New Christmas Stamps #3

Hi everyone

I'm back with another gorgeous Christmas digi stamp from Lili Of The Valley Christmas. The new stamps have now been launched and are available to buy in our Etsy store, I have included the links below. You will love them!

For today's card I used the very cute 'Gingerbread Mice', showing a gingerbread house being demolished by a a group of little mice. To coloured the stamp I used my Copic pens on Neenah, I kept my card simple as there's a lot going on with the house and mice. I hope you like it. x

For your information, here is the link to the LOTV Etsy Store to check out all the digi stampsand the LOTV online store to check out the rest of their goodies.

Here's What I Did
I trimmed down a piece of the pretty patterned paper from an old LOTV paper pad, and added it to my card front leaving a border around the edge.

I imported the gingerbread house image, a sentiment tag and a blank tag into my graphics program, then resized them to fit my project. All the images were then printed directly onto colouring card stock. The images were coloured using Copic pen, the house was die cut into a circle and the tags were fussy cut out. The house image was then added to a die cut scalloped circle cut from kraft card. The topper was added to the centre of the card front using foam pads.

A poinsettia and a couple of leaves were cut from red and green card and then placed at the top of the circle, along with the cut out tags. To finish the card I added glitter to the icing on the house and a die cut sentiment to the bottom corner of the card.

To brighten your day I've used the beautiful 12" x 12" 'Tropical Paradise' paper pad, which like it's name contains colourful tropical designs full of flamingos, parrots, exotic leaves and flowers etc. The paper in the pad is 180gsm and contains 30 double sided sheets. The quality and price is fabulous, so definitely check it out. The pad also contains 2 sheets of images which can be cut out and used on your projects. Here's What I Did
I covered the front of a 7" x 7" scalloped card blank with one of the pretty flamingo papers, leaving a slim border around the edge. I cut a strip of pink vellum and attached it across the centre of the card.

I printed my own sentiment onto a piece of white card and die cut it into a circle, then attached it to a pink die cut scalloped circle. The topper was then glued to the front of the card front. From the image sheet included with the pad I fussy cut out the flamingo and stuck it to the topper with foam pads.

Using pink and white card I die cut 3 flowers, one large and 2 small and added them to the top left of the topper. Leaves cut from green glitter card were tucked behind the flowers.

To complete the card a pearl and a few gems were added to the flower centres, along with a few small flowers cut from pink card.

Lili of The Valley - July Card #2

Hi everyone

Well today I'm back with another of my cards showing off one of the new fairies from Lili Of The Valley. The digi stamp I've used today is called Forever Friends and the sentiment is from the new Fairy Sentiment collection. I coloured this sweet little fairy and her bunny with Copic pens, and I only used green and grey tones so everything would tie in with the background paper. I hope you like it. x

For your information, here is the link to the LOTV Etsy Store to check out all the digi stampsand the LOTV online store to check out the rest of their goodies.

Here's What I Did
The front of a black 6" x 6" card blank was covered with a piece of trimmed down patterned paper, leaving a slim border around the edge.

I imported the fairy image and sentiment into my graphics program, then resized them both to fit the rounded square die I planned to use. The fairy was then printed directly onto colouring card stock and die cut. The image was then coloured using Copic pens and glitter was added to her wings and the flowers. The completed image was mounted onto a black die cut frame, and attached flat to the centre of the card front. To add a little detail I layered up 3 cropped down banners that I'd cut from green glitter card and the same paper/card previously used.

To finish the card I added 3 die cut hearts cut from the same paper used in the background.

Here's What I Used
Digital Stamp Fairy: Forever Friends
Digital Sentiment: Fairy Sentiment
