Whimsy Stamps Challenge - #104

Hi everyone 💜

Today is the start of the Whimsy Stamps Challenge #104, and we'd love you to join in with us.

For my card this month I've used a Lee Holland stamp called 'I Found One', isn't it adorable. I just love Lee's illustrations, they're always so beautifully drawn. I just had to use spring colours to show off this little cutie, and create a daffodil like flower to emulate the one in the stamp. Hope you like it, and it inspires to have a go and enter.

Right then, information about our challenges. We have one every month, and the theme is Anything Goes, so come on and get joining. We'd so love to see your creations and all the girls will pop by and say hi...plus you might even win a prize. Yay! Click here to upload your project, and check out my lovely teamies work.

Here's What I Did
I cut out the frame 3 times, from pink card, white card and colouring cardstock and then glued them all together to give depth. The frame was then added to the front of a polka dot patterned card blank. on a slight angle. Three pearls were glued on the bottom left side of the frame.

The frame die I used cuts out the centre panel so I stamped the bunnie image onto the colouring cardstock panel, and put the other 2 panels away for another project.  To create a mask the bunny image was stamped again onto plain copier paper and cut out along the glass line to include the bunnie, basket and daffodil. Using a non-permanent tape pen the mask was placed over the image leaving the background free. Using another mask I created clouds using a sponge and distressing ink. When the ink was dry I coloured the stamped image in with Copic pens.

In the top right of the frame I added 2 die cut flowers and a few leaves to create a daffodil like flower, then added a large pearl in the centre to complete the card.

Cute bunny and I like the idea of layering up 3 or more frames to give depth. I must try that. hugs Mrs A.

Super cute! Love the fur on the bunny, the texture is amazing! Gorgeous card design. The flower is a lovely finish and the dreamy puffy clouds in the sky look fabulous!! Hugs, Wends xoxo
